• Our private Bridal Salons have a dressing room, a powder room complete with shower and bridal party cocktail hour area. Some salons also have a private balcony with French doors. Brides are welcomed to toss their bouquet or do their first toast from their balcony as guests glance up from the ballroom below.
• Surrounding the ballrooms are floor to ceiling windows overlooking rolling green fairways, pond with fountain, waterfalls, gazebo, trellis and colorful landscaping
• For weddings during the warmer months, cocktail hour can take place on the cobblestone patio or deck

• Our Legacy Ballroom is one of the largest function halls in New Hampshire with seating for up to 600
• Near the center of the ballroom is a grand staircase that winds up to our Bridal Salons, an added luxury for our wedding parties

• Our Brookside Stateroom and adjoining deck overlook cascading waterfalls, fairways, a beautifully decorated trellis area and pond with a fountain.

• The Tuscany Ballroom, tastefully decorated in earth tone shades, has an adjoining cobblestone patio, perfect for your cocktail hour. Both the ballroom and patio have picturesque views of the fairways, trellis and covered bridge.

• The Signature Room is the perfect setting for smaller wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners, post wedding brunches, after wedding parties, and showers. The fieldstone fireplace and large windows overlooking the rolling green fairways add to the cozy ambience of the room.

• Our Farview Stateroom leads to a romantic private patio overlooking the fairways, covered bridge and trellis area

Outdoor Weddings

• Gazebo Area
The gazebo area is surrounded by cascading waterfalls, beautifully manicured landscaping and a koi pond.  It is a romantic setting for outdoor weddings while your seated guests look on from the terraced lawn area.  This gazebo area is sold with the Brookside Stateroom only.

• Trellis Area
The new trellis area overlooks a tranquil pond and rolling green fairways.  Surrounding the trellis are winding cobblestone pathways, stonewalls and a gorgeous array of flowers, trees and shrubbery.  Your seated guests will marvel at the beauty and romantic ambience of this wedding ceremony location.  The trellis area is sold with the Farview Stateroom only.

If you book the Legacy Ballroom you may choose from either ceremony location.
